Abstract

PURPOSE:To surely detect leaked liquid metal and improve safety by adequately disposing a piping for liquid metal, a preheater and a leakage detector of liquid metal. CONSTITUTION:A jacket 18 is wound on the outer side of a piping 17 for liquid metal along its axial direction. This jacket 18 assumes a shape eccentric from the center of the piping 17 and the upper part of the jacket 18 is placed in contact with the upper part of the piping 17. The lower part of the jacket 18 leaves a space to the piping 17 in order to assure the space for installation of a preheater 19 and a leakage detector 20. A heat insulating material 22 is mounted over the entire surface of the outer circumference of the jacket 18. Both terminals of the preheater 19 are taken out from the lateral side of the middle height of the jacket 18. Both terminals of the leakage detector 20 are also taken out to the outside in a similar manner.
