At the inputting of inverver informtion, the code indicating the inverter is inputted by the keyboard device at the same time, and a mount position terminal number code is inputted. For the connection information for these drawings, a connection mode is assigned, after which terminal numbers are successively assigned with the write pen while instructing connection routes. In this way, the hand-written drawing is perfected to the drawing of a fair copy which is then registered.
