A proper amount of perfumery is added to the composition thus obtained. EFFECT:The hair tonic does not cause the flaking phenomenon even by using a large amount. It is effective to remove the damaged parts of the hair and the skin, increase the affinity of the hair, and improve the shape-retainability of the dressed hair.
