Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily obtain the heating resistor of which unevenness of resistance value is little by selecting a part of a substrate of the same level from the substrate and by bonding the same. CONSTITUTION:On an alumina substrate 1 whereon a grace layer 2 is formed, Ta/ Si as a resistance film 3 is further formed by spattering. Then, the substrate 1 is cut at a position located toward the center from both right and left ends and the cut surface is finished by a grinder. After this, the cut part of the substrate is bonded, by a bonding agent, to a part of another substrate which is confirmed to have approximately the same unevenness of the resistance value. Afterwards, inchrome, gold and another nichrome films are formed sequentially thereon by usual vacuum evaporation and then a wiring conductor film 4 is formed by a hot etching processing. On a resistance pattern 3' thus obtained are formed SiO2 and Ta2O5 films sequentially as protection layers 7 by mask spattering.
