CONSTITUTION:A main power source on-off detecting part 8, a printer 3 and an external signal input circuit 2 are connected via signal bus 9 to a central processing unit 1, and a memory part 4 and a clock part 6 are connected. The 1st auxiliary power source 5 which backs up the operation of the memory part 4 when the main power source of the control system is off is connected to this memory part 4, and the 2nd auxiliary power source 7 which backs up the operation of the clock part 6 when the main power source is off is connected to the clock part 6. The time when the main power source is turned off is stored in the memory part 4, and when the main power source is turned on, the off-time having been stored in the memory part 4 and the on-time of the clock part 6 are printed out with the printer 3, whereby the time control apparatus is operated effectively.
