Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the production of poor quality product, by a method wherein, in a manufacturing method to form a decorative pannel made of foaming plastic resin in a manner to adhere various types of covering materials to a surface, air is evacuated means of a piercing device for air vent hole which is positioned just in front of a processing heater for reheating and embossing.
CONSTITUTION: A base material roll 10 made of paper, cloth, unwoven cloth, is unrolled in turn, and foaming plastic resin 2 is applied on a surface of a base material 1. The base material 1 passes through a drier 14 for drying and adhesives 15 are applied thereon by means of an adhesives coating device 15. Fine stone powder, particles, needle-shaped objects are laid thereon for covering to form a lamination material. After the lamination is foamed by heating, it is uniformly passed by means of a cooling roll 24 for cooling, and fine holes for air vent are perforated by means of a piercing device for air vent holes on a roll 25 wherein needle-shaped objects 25' are filled. Then, emboss-forming takes place as the gas produced in the lamination material softened and expanded by a reheater 2 is released.
