Abstract
PURPOSE:To raise a heat luminescence photoreceiving efficiency by a photoconductive body for transferring heating use infrared rays, a heat luminescence transfer use photoconductive body, a photoreceiving part and a heating use infrared rays source. CONSTITUTION:Infrared rays from a heating use infrared rays source 6 are focused with a focusing lens 7 and it is irradiated onto the surface of a thin film type TLD element 3 through a heating use infrared rays transfer use photoconductive body 2. The temperature at the part irradiated with the infrared rays is raised by heating which is detected by a photoreceiving element 5 through a heat luminescence transfer use photoconductive body 1. With this constitution, a heating of a micro part of a thin film type TLD element 3 can be performed as well as the heat luminescence radiated from the micro part can be detected with high sensitivity.
