Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the smoothing time constant of a low pass filter by adding the second monostable multivibrator (second MM) and the second digital phase comparator (second PC) to the conventional device. CONSTITUTION:The output of a reference oscillator 5 is applied through the first CP6 and a phase inverter 12 to the second PC15. The output of a waveform shaper 3 is applied through the first PC and first MM 4 as well as a phase inverter 13 to the second PC15 and second MM 14. The outputs of the first PC6, first MM4, second PC15 and second MM14 are added by an adder 7, and the sum is applied to the low pass filter 8. The output of the low pass filter 8 is amplified by an amplifier 9 for controlling the speed control circuit 10.
