The print data is received via the interface line 13, a series of data is fed to the print signal generating circuit 15 through the data line 19 to produce the print signal 8, and the head drive signal 10 is fed with the print signal 8 at the printer control circuit, and start and stop signals 11 are fed to the bar code read-in head 2, the read in signal 12 is analyzed and fed to the main control circuit 17.
