CONSTITUTION: The ATC signal containing the additive AD signal which is received by a receiving antenna CA is divided into the ATC signal and the AD signal by a band-pass filter FOF for a carrier wave fo and a band-pass filter FDF of carrier wave fad. The ATC signal on the carrier wave fo passes through a detector FOD and a limiter LIM1. Modulating waves f1, f2... are selected by selective amplifiers SA1, SA2..., pass through level detectors LA and rectifiers RF, and drive signal receiving relays fR. The AD signal, which has passed through a filter ADF, a detector ADD, and a limiter LIM2, goes through a broad-band selective amplifier ADS, which can pass any of the modulating waves f1Wfn, and drives a receiving relay ADR. In this system, the deceleration and acceleration of the train speed can be reduced.
