Abstract

PURPOSE: To realize the high-speed data processing by applying the output of more than two data memory address counters to the data memory in the different timings of fixed number and within one machine cycle.
CONSTITUTION: Address calculation part 7 calculates the address of data memory 2 and then supplies one address to either one of data memory address counters 1AW 1C in one machine cycle. Then selection circuit 6 delects the addresses within counters 1AW1C in the fixed timing and in the sequential cycles to then supply them to memory 2. Then the data within memory 2 corresponding to the designated address are transferred in sequence to input registers 4A or 4B, and operator 3 carries out the prescribed operation. And the operation result is stored into register 5. Then part 7 calculates the address necessary for the next array calculation to supply the calculation result to counters 1AW1C. As a result, the high-speed data processing becomes possible.
