Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain plastic sheets with through geometric patterns continuously by supplying granular plastic fillers while moving a model screen in company with a basic member, and then returning the screen to the former position.
CONSTITUTION: After the model screen 70 is arranged above a moving endless belt 2 out of contact with the belt, granular plastic material 80 is supplied from a hopper 801 to the surface of the screen 70. Then guides 702 are brought into contact with the belt 2 while lowering the screen 70, which is moved in company with the belt 2. At the same time, a spatula 90 is brought down and moved in a direction opposite to that of the belt 2 so as to supply granular plastic fillers to a space formed by the screen 70, guides 702 and belt 2. Thence the screen 70 is separated from the belt 2, leaving geometric patterns 101 on the belt, and the screen 70 and the spatula 90 are returned to the former positions.
EFFECT: The borderline of patterns is clear, in addition, there in no shear in printing.
