CONSTITUTION:One transmission line 1 has reflection at both ends suppressed and to this transmission line 1, terminals 4a...4e including one couple of transmitter- receiver are branched. To control a network for information transmission and reception among respective terminals by making time-division are use of transmisson line 1, mode switch 5 is connected to transmission line to place the mode of transmission line in either reserve mode or execution mode by switching. To transmit information, the timing of information transmission is reserved in reserve mode and the information transmission is given effect in execution mode. Consequently, no collision of information on transmission line 1 is caused and the efficiency of utilization of this transmission line can be improved.
