Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve radiation efficiency by providing 1st and 2nd couples of radiating-element systems on both sides of a strip line on a dielectric substrate at period intervals nearly equal to wavelength. CONSTITUTION:On surface 3 of a dielectric substrate, 1st radiating elements 6-1 and 6-2 formed of a conduction system are provided on both sides of strip line 4 together with strip line 4 to constitute a radiating element, and a 2nd couple of radiating elements 6-3 and 6-4 are arranged at period interval D nearly equal to wavelength lambdag. Consequently, the radiation efficiency of a circularly polarized wave antenna can be improved.
