Abstract
PURPOSE: To scrape off filtrates adhering to a filter and automatically apply pressure and discharge accumulated filtrates by shifting a piston type scraper arranged in a cylindrical filter having a discharge port.
CONSTITUTION: A fluid containing materials to be filtered out 33 is supplied in a filter main structure 1, and the materials 33 are filtered out by a filter 9. When fine grain like materials adhere to the inner surface of the inner surface of the filter 9 and the passage of the fluid becomes difficult, the differential pressure is detected to supply compressed air to an air pipe 15 and an air motor 3 is rotated. In association with the rotation of the motor 3, a screw shaft 6 is rotated and a scraper 17 is shifted vertically along a stop bar 8 for preventing the rotation by screws. By the descent of the scraper 7 the filtered material 33 being scraped off is accumulated in a filtered material receiver 70, pressure is applied to a chamber below the scraper 7, and a valve 61 is opened in resistance to a spring 62 suppressing the valve 61 to discharge 31 the filtered material 33.
