Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain the captioned high head-insulating board by first causing foaming resin to develop foam on flexible film laid on the frame body rack located at the inner side of concave groove provided in the opposite inner surface of the frame body, and charging foaming resin together with flexible film in the concave goove to be cured.

Foaming resin 6 in charged and cured across the frame bodies 1, and film 5 is pressed into concave groove 4 to fill concave groove 4 with cured film, thus obtain the high heat-insulating architectural board with thin film 5.
