Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve mounting efficiency by wiring in common control lines connected to respective trunk units and by mounting different kind of trunk units on the same rack. CONSTITUTION:A multiple connection among common control circuits 2-1', 2-2', and 3-1'-3-3' is made and when the different control circuit of each trunk unit is connected, it can be connected to a desired circuit by making a jumper connection through selection in each trunk unit like 3-1''-3-3''. Further, when a dedicated control circuit is provided depending upon the kind of a trunk unit and the number of connections is great, a dedicated connection to a corresponding trunk unit can be made by a control circuit like 4'. To mount each trunk unit at any position in the same rack, an external connector is provided in each trunk unit for a free external connection.
