Abstract

When a F- directional load is applied to member 11, lock surfaces 3 and 4 are pressed for locking because arm 17 pushes bent part 10a' of arm 10a. Next, driving plate 12 pivoted on rotary disk 25 is turned by pivoting method 26 as shown by direction A or B and pulling in direction F unlocks the lock plate from lock member 6a to pull member 11 in direction F. Pushing driving plate 12 in direction E operates driven plate 16 in direction E to operate member 11 in direction E.
