Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it easy to confirm a non-electricity-applied state in units inside and outside a chamber by a method wherein a microcomputer mounted in a concentrated control panel, an indication control means comprising a driver and an indicating means of the concentrated control panel are employed.
CONSTITUTION: When a unit 2A inside a chamber is made to operate by turning on the switch 3A1 of a concentrated control panel 3 when the unit 2A inside the chamber is in a non-electricity-applied state, a datum on the fact that the unit 2A inside the chamber is in a non-electricity-applied state is sent to the concentrated control panel 3. A microcomputer 33 outputs a signal which turns a LED3A on and off, and the LED3A is turned on and off. This state of turning on and off is changed into that of lighting up if the unit 2A inside the chamber is turned into an electricity-applied state by changing the unit 2A into the electricity-applied state. If a unit 1 outside the chamber is in the non-electricity-applied state, the microcomputer 33 outputs a signal which turns on and off the LED3C, and the LED3C is thus turned on and off.
