Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a strong adhesive force by a method wherein a fusion weld hardening surface is formed by heat pressing the proper location of an interior lining consisting of a thermoplastic outer layer and backlining, the surface thereof is applied on the wall surface through an adhesive layer.
CONSTITUTION: An interior lining 1 is comprising an outer layer 1a and a backlining 1b. The proper location of the interior lining 1 is heat pressed to form the fusion weld hardening surface 4, and the fusion weld hardening surface 4 is adhered to the wall 2 by the adhesive layer 3. The fusion weld hardening surface 4 is hardened by heat pressing to press closely the outer layer 1a and the backlining 1b for increasing the surface stiffness, allowing the rough surface of the backlining 1b to make smooth surface to improve the adhesion with the adhesive layer 3 and develop a strong adhesion force.
