Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain the dynamic balance simply and quickly by previously forming plural balance adjusting pieces on the outer circumference of the outermost iron plate of the laminated core and by cutting the adjusting piece by means of a laser beam according to the occurrence of unbalance.
CONSTITUTION: Plural balance adjusting pieces 4 are provided to the outer circumference of the outermost plate of the laminated iron plates 1a of the rotor core 1. The shape of balance adjusting piece 4 is formed so that its joint part is made thin, and it can be bent outwards to perform the adjusting work easily. The rotor is installed in the stator, the balance adjusting piece 4 is properly cut by applying the laser beam to it to adjust the balance of rotor when the unbalance such as uneven rotation develops. In this way, the dynamic balance can be adjusted simply and quickly.
