The pressure cylinder 22 is provided on the periphery of the main shaft 2 to enable the pressurized oil to be supplied into the runner boss directly at all times even if the main shaft 2 is rotated. Thus, the leakage of oil from the oil supply path can be eliminated and maintenance and inspection for the pressure cylinder 22 and its attendant apparatus can be made easier.
