Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable a highly reliable printing while a characteristic of making a particle of ink suitable for printing is being kept by a method wherein there are provided means for sensing a pressure in the ink injection nozzle and a heat-up circuit for heating inks. CONSTITUTION:The ink jet recording device is constituted of a pressure sensing part 66A for sensing an increased ink discharging pressure as a viscosity of ink is increased comprising of a light emitting diode 60, a photo-transistor 61 for sensing an upward or downward movement of flange pin and performing a photo-electric transforming operation and a Schmit trigger IC1 for reforming a wave shape, a power transistor Q1 operated by a sensing signal from the sensing part 66A, to sense a temperature of the heater part and to heat the heater, an error amplifier IC3 for comparing and amplifying an error corresponding to a reference set temperature, V-F transducers IC3, D2-D4, R11 for changing error voltage to ON-OFF pluse wave, a heater Q1 and a switching circuit Q3 for switching drive of ON-OFF, a heat-up circuit 66B for heating ink.
