CONSTITUTION:When the quantity of deflection of spring member 1 surpasses the given value due to clamping load P, the 1st load-receiving part 2 of the bottom of spring member against touching surface 4 is converted to the 2nd load-receiving part 3 located on the side of load point 5, thus making spring characteristic of spring member non-linear. In order to attain such a characteristic, projecting parts are provided in plural numbers or in a ring shape on the circumference of circle located nearer to the side of load point 5 than load-receiving part 2 positioned on the peripheral edge of the bottom against touching surface 4 of Belleville spring 1 and these projecting parts are made to be the 2nd load-receiving part 3.
