Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Although the emitter voltage of a transistor 26 depends on temperatures 16, 17 and 14, 15 are not unbalanced to each other. Since the forward voltage of a diode 34 has a negative temperature coefficient, the base bias of transistors 10, 11 decreases with the rise in the temperature and increases with the fall in the temperature. Thus, the collector current of the differential amplifiers increases and the collector current of transistors 15, 17 decreases according as the temperature rises. As a result, a level output can be kept constant at a prescribed input level regardless of the temperature.
