Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent a thermal shock, by controlling a control oil pressure with the comparison made between an electric signal, corresponding to an opening degree of the steam control valve, from the opening degree transmitter, and an electric signal, corresponding to a control oil pressure of the impulse limiter, from the control oil pressure transmitter.
CONSTITUTION: A speed governing unit 11 comprises a governor bellows 5, making a response to the primary oil pressure, a speed governing spring 6, a rotational speed setter 7, a load limiter 8 and a speed governing follow-up piston 9 that generates a secondary oil pressure Psec. An impulse limiter 14, comprising a follow-up piston 12 and an electric motor 13, sets a control oil pressure Pim, and the control oil pressure Pim and the secondary oil pressure Psec are so connected to act on a hydraulic servomotor 10 in such manner with a priority taken for the lower one of the above said pressures. And a control hydraulic pressure transmitting unit 16 generates an electric signal, corresponding to the control oil pressure Pim, causing a calculator 17 to detect a difference, between the opening degree signal from a steam control valve 3 and the control oil pressure signal, and this detected value controls the control oil pressure Pim.
