Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve the effective utilization of the copying machine by adding time fare simultaneously with copying money amount according to the use time of the copying machine. CONSTITUTION:When the intended money amount is charged through a coin identifying means 1, the charged money amount A is added 2 and is stored in a memory circuit 3. When desired copy sizes M thru B4 and sheet number are set and copying is done subsequently, then that copying money amount is supplied to an adder 7. On the other hand, the copying use time is counted by the signal of a clock circuit 5 and the time fare corresponding to that time is supplied to the abovementioned adder 7. The copying money amount B being the added value thereof is then sotred in a memory circuit 8. The charged money amount A and copying money amount B are compared in a comparator 13 and when these become A<B, a detection signal D is outputted to stop the copying operation and display the same 14. Since the time fare is added in this way, the user will make copying operation faster and this makes possible the effective utilization of the copying machine.
