Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A curvature whose vertex is the central axis of bonding material 4 is provided to the faying surface of the bonding material 4 and a groove whose surface gradually increases from the center to the outside circumference is formed. When pressure is applied to this bonding material 4 and said material is bonded, the contact face gradually spreads to the outside circumference side with lapse of time and finally it assumes a full surface contact state. Along with the spreading of said contact surface from the central point to the outside circumference side, the oxide film having deposited on the bonding material 4 surface is mechanically pushed out to the outside circumfernce, thus the sound friction bonded contact part free from formation of any blowhole or the like is obtainable.
