Abstract

PURPOSE: To prepare super-purified water at a relatively low operating pressure without carrying out the pre-filtering and without hindering in a neutral range by passing crude purified through a series of apparatus at a specific order.

Finally, the treated water is passed through a membrane filter 4 having about 0.2μ pore size to remove fine particles generated by a breaking action of an ion exchange resin and the super- purified water is obtained.
