PURPOSE:To improve assembling workability while obtaining better unidirectivity by implanting a circuit element meeting a fixed electrode and then by providing a resin body which has an integrally-mold air hole extending to an air room near this electrode and the back of the air room. CONSTITUTION:At a part of plane part 26a of resin body 26 opposing to the circumferential flank of fixed electrode 27, several concave parts 26c partially deeper than concave part 26b are formed. Concave part 26c formed in plane part 26a of resin body 26 opposing to the circumferential flank of electrode 27 functions as an air room and increases capacity variation due to diaphragm 23. In the bottom surface of concave part 26c, air hole 26g is formed extending to the low part of resin body 26. At the low part of resin 26, printed wiring board 29 is provided via damper 28 formed in a ring shape of an air-permeable material such as felt to clock air hole 26g. Consequently, unidirectivity can be obtained and assembling workability can be improved.
