Abstract

PURPOSE: To omit the trouble of machanical assembly adjustment to reduce the cost of a device by correcting electrically the disagreement between the rotation center of a rotary magnetic recording and the center of a round track position display means.
CONSTITUTION: Sliding correction signal generation circuit 13 generates correction signal S3 for the purpose of correcting electrically each optical mark off-center sliding movenent generated at magnetic disc 2 rotation time when the rotation center of magnetic disc 2 and each center of optical marks 5a, 5b,... do not agree with each other. Meanwhile, the position of signal head 8 driven by servo motor 11 is taken out as track signal S1 from photo detector 9 and is inputted to servoamplifier 12 through the operation part together with indication signal S4, which indicates the movement destination of signal head 8, and correction signal S3.
