Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the precision of aiming and reduce power and the aiming time by fitting a laser which agrees with the optical axis of a projector and detecting the laser light in the aiming target position of the projector.
CONSTITUTION: A laser consists of base part 1 adapted to the socket of a set projector, laser 2 and power supply wires 3 for laser. In aiming, laser 11 is fitted to the socket which is provided for fitting the lamp in projector 8, and detection unit 13 is installed in an aiming position which is determined previously on a basis of illumination design, and laser 11 is lit, and movable parts 9 and 10 are so adjusted that the laser light from laser 11 may be irradiated onto detection unit 13, and movable parts 9 and 10 are under the state where the laser light is irradiated to detection unit 13 accurately. After that, laser 11 is removed from the socket, and a prescribed lamp is inserted to the projector. Thus, the precision of aiming is improved, and power and the aiming time are reduced.
