Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of a tough plushing job by slitting a saw into several parts unstrain independantly. CONSTITUTION:A circular saw C is made of a standard circular-saw-used steel, with carbide tip 1a shaped at each edge 1. In the central area a fixing part 3 is assenbled onto a holding flange 2. The saw is devided by four slits 5 into four sections C1-C4. The slit 5 may be located in an area between a radial direction line and a line q at a rake angle. The saw can be deviced into three to eight sections. Rectifying distorsions at random area in the circumferential direction by those slits may eliminate the need of the tough flushing job.
