CONSTITUTION:The output voltage E from LPF3 is inputted to the first and the second comparators 11, 13 and it is compared with the voltages E1,E2 of the reference voltage sources 12, 13. When the synchronism of AFC is out, rectangular signal is outputted from the comparators 11, 13 respectively. This signal is inputted respectively to the logical sum circuit 15, the output activates the relay 16 to close the contact 17, and the detection output at out of synchronism is delivered from the output terminal 10. Accordingly, the accuracy of the detection circuit is increased and the setting of the detection circuit can be much simplified only with the setting of the reference levels E1 and E2.
