CONSTITUTION:Paper-making mesh 3 is obtained by forming the punching metal into the shape of speaker cone 1 with flange 3a provided and also arranging in parallel pieces 13 with a fixed space 14 between in the circumference and radial directions of the punching metal formed into a cone shape. Through-holes 15 are drilled properly on the bottom surface of piece 13 in accordance with the curvature of the cone-type paper-making mesh, and the epoxy resin containing the metal powder and composed of the heat-resistance synthetic resin or the like is used. At the same time piece 13 forms through-slope 16 to center axis 0-0 of the speaker cone so that cone 1 can be pulled out easily on mesh 3 and piece 13.
