PURPOSE:To produce a speaker diaphragm of high rigidity in an easy way, by forming the radial bent ribs to a metallic foil as a core material and then sticking a surface material of a metallic thin film to the core material. CONSTITUTION:Plural bent ribs 1a are formed in a radial shape to a disk of Al foil to obtain a core material 1. Then a surface material 2 of an Al foil disk is stack to the surface of the material 1. In such way, a speaker diaphragm of high rigidity is obtained in an easy producing way.
