Abstract

PURPOSE: To completely compensate the fluctuation of the rotation of a motor against the fluctuation in its torque due to disturbance, by supplying a coil with a current of wave form opposite to that of the torque with regard to the rotation angle of the motor.
CONSTITUTION: The output of a rotation position detector 5 besed on the transmission member 3 of a rotary encoder is applied to an F-V converter 6 and a pulse counter 7. The output of a reference position detector 8 based on a reference position transmitting member 4 is applied as a reference to a DAC 9. The rotation position of a motor is detected by the counter 7. The digital output of the counter, which indicates the rotation position of the motor 1, is entered into a digital memory 10 for storing a compensatory function corresponding to the rotation position. A prescribed compensation value corresponding to the rotation position is read from the memory and applied to the converter 9. The output of the converter 9, which is the product of the reference and the compensation value, is applied to a motor driving amplifier 11 to completely eliminate the fluctuation of the rotation of the motor 1.
