Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform exposure of photoreceptor through the use of the light images of the original of multiplied brightness by forming the light images of the original on the photoelectric cathode surface of a channel-type image tube, by using image forming optical system.
CONSTITUTION: A channel-type image tube 6 is provided between a plane mirror 5 and photoreceptor 8. When light enters the photoelectric cathode surface 12 of said channel-type image tube, the quantity of the incident light is amplified by a light quantity amplifier element 10 and is released from a fluorescent film 13. Hence, the light images of the original lighted parts which the channel-type image tube forms by an in-mirror lens are formed in such a mode as to be formed on its photoelectric cathode surface and therefore the light images of multiplied brightness are obtained on the fluorescent surface. The exposure of the photoreceptor may be performed by using the light images of the original having been multiplied in this way.
