Abstract
PURPOSE: To produce a decorative laminated sheet presenting a sharp convex spots excellent in the heat resistance and surface hardness by integrating an embossed thermoplastic resin surface material with the base material after the concave spots thereon are filled with a heatproof material.
CONSTITUTION: A surface material A made of a thermoplastic resin is placed on a concave mold conveyor 2. After preheated in a preheat drying furnace 9, it is embossed with a convex roll 1. Then, after the material A is cooled with a cooling furnace 10, the concave spots thereof are filled with a heatproof material 4 including an adhesive paste and solid urethane, mixed with a powdered metal and an inorganic material by means of a doctor and the filler 4 is hardened in a hardening/ drying furnace 13 having a flat roll 12. After cooled in a cooling furnace 14, the material A is integrated with the base material.
