Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a simple and miniature demodulator circuit along with the enhanced perfomance by obtaining the two detection output via the same elastic surface wave delay element and then securing the sum between the two output. CONSTITUTION:Elastic surface wave input converter 33 plus elastic surface wave output converters 35 and 36 are formed on substrate 31 in such relation of the position secured to the pattern shown in the diagram, and then elastic surface wave absorbing agent 32 is coated on substrate 31 and close to those converters. Thus the input is applied to both terminals of converter 33 which is not shown in the diagram, and transformers T1 and T2 are connected to both terminals of converters 35 and 36 each. In this instant, the output in fetched from converter 35 in the same state as the winding between transformers T1 and T2 and in series with windings L3 and L6, and at the same time windings L4 and L7 are connected also in series to fetch the output of converter 36. Furthermore, the output is fetched from secondary windings L5 and L6 each and then sent out to output terminal 37 which is earthed via resistance R7 and capacitor C8 through diodes D3 and D4. As a result, two detection characteristics 11 and 12 can be compounded into 13.
