Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce wear and friction load and to avoid large-sized unit, by providing electric circuit to the rotating body of the movement delivery unit, detecting the rotary angle of the rotating body with the electric signal from it, and performing digital display.
CONSTITUTION: The upper part of the dial plate 12 and the minute arm 11 showing the position of 5-minute are shown. The gear 13 is made of non-conduction material such as synthetic resin and has 60 tooth. The shaft 15 of the gear is formed incorporatedly with the gear 13, and the surface has the metal films 15a, 15b separately with the upper and lower shaft and it leads to IC14. The signal ϕs of the teeth in contact with the gear 16 is outputted from IC14 and inputted to the gate circuit 20. On the other hand, the signal from the crystal oscillator 30 is inputted to the timing signal input circuit 32, the signal ϕs enters the circuit 20, and it is displayed on the display unit 24 as the digit of minute as 05, and the change of the contact between the gears 13 and 16 displays the next indication.
