Abstract

PURPOSE: To fix wiring material in place without bending or damage by the method wherein a wiring material is pulled in place inside a container, and after it is covered by a sleeve, slurried propellant is injected into the container, and then the sleeve is removed.
CONSTITUTION: A mold releasing agent, teflon sheet 3, for example, is fitted on the inner surface of cylindrical container 2. Next, positioning jig 10 is set on container 2. One end of copper wire 20 is passed through hole 15 of retainer 14, and the end which projects from hole 6 of bottom 2a of container 2 is bent and fixed. Next, copper wire 20 is inserted into pipe 30, and at the same time, the sleeve is inserted into hole 15. After copper wire 20 has been pulled in the center of container 2, slurried propellant 1 is poured into container 2. Before it is solidified, pipe 30 is pulled out and the structure is fastened by means of screw 17. Subsequently, the entire structure is heated and slurried propellant 1 is solidified, and thereby copper wire 20 is fixed accurately in the center of the accelerator.
