Abstract
PURPOSE: To increase the reliability for the customers in case the cancelling is given to the misresistration made under the register work, by leaving no traces of the mistake on both the receipt and the journal just through operation of the cancel key.
CONSTITUTION: Keyboard 9 containing the register keys for registering of the prices of goods, register key, cancel key and total key each is connected to CPU8 via the keyboard interface. And register flag 1, 1stW3rd registers 2W4, total memory 5, register falg 6 and cancel end flag 7 are provided to RAM10. Thus flag 1 is set when the first register key is operated, and the contents of register 1 are transferred to registers 3 and 4 in sequence and every operation of the register key. Then the data sent from memory 5 is supplied to the printer via printer interface 12. When the cancel key is operated, the contents of registers 2W4 are cancelled without leaving any traces of the cancel onto the receipt and the journal.
