Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent hunting phenomenon of spool by forming the damping chamber between the spool end part and the bag-shaped bush and connecting the chamber by a small port with the pocket between the outer end surface of the bush and the pressing plate.
CONSTITUTION: When the main switching valve 15 is switched to the X position, pressurized oil flows into the damping chamber 7 through the port 20 of the counterbalanching valve 1, the passage 21, the left chamber 12, and the check valve 13 to shift the spool 2 in the A direction resisting the spring 6'. Pressurized oil also flows to the port 25 through the chamber 23 and the check valve 24 to act upon the oil hydraulic pressure motor 16, and when the chambers 22', 23' are connected by the shifting mentioned above, the discharging side of the oil hydraulic pressure motor 16 is connected to the tank 19 and the motor 16 is turned in the direction R. In this case, if strong damping force is generated, the bush 4' is lifted from the pressing plate 3' to release pressurized oil in the chamber 7' through the small port 9' and the pocket 8' to avoid generation of hunting.
