Abstract
PURPOSE: To control operation of a turbine generator in the manner capable of attaining stable operation with no influence of frequency variation and keeping electric energy received and reversely transmitted constant in operating the turbine generator in parallel with a system accompained with a large frequency variation.
CONSTITUTION: When operation of turbine generator is started synchronously with another system after controlling its rotational speed by increasing or decreasing a speed setting means 8 in response to incremental or decremental signal given from a synchronous making means, a set speed of speed setting means 8 is instantaneously set at its upper limit by a signal from breaker 13. Here, although a speed controlling system gives its maximum signal to attain its maximum rotational speed, the output signal from load limiter 15 is lower than the maximum signal. Therefore, control of the turbo-generator is substituted by a load limiting control system automatically by means of lower signal selector 18. At the time instant, generator is operated under constant output, not influenced by frequency change of the system if any, and variation in the house load is compensatd by the change of electric energy received.
