Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve the improvement in optical performance by specifically arraying telecentric lenses. CONSTITUTION:A lens-barrel 101 applied with antireflection on its inside surface is arrayed with a lens 40 of an outside diameter equal to the inside diameter thereof and being image side telecentric and an object side telecentric lens 41, respectively coaxially and in two-array zigzag form. As a result of this, the main beam 54 from an object 50 becomes parallel to the optical axis between the lenses 40, 41 and the formed intermediate image is re-imaged on a projecting surface 55 with good efficiency without any loss in the quantity of light by the lens 41. As the same time, the effective object visual fields in the respective constituting lens systems overlap with each other in multiplicity owing to the two-array zigzag configuration, and the distributions in the configuration direction of the quantities of light integrated in the direction rectangular to the configuration direction become nearly uniform. Hence, the optical system of the uniform distribution of the quantities of light and easy adjustment is obtainable.
