Abstract
PURPOSE:To miniaturize a drive motor, by controlling the pulsation of this pump within a small range wherein the shape of an eccentric cam is formed so that a discharge stroke become larger than a suction stroke. CONSTITUTION:A cam plate 14 is used in place of a conventional eccentric cam roller, and manufactured in shape that a discharge stroke becomes larger than a suction stroke. The cam plate 14 is contacted with a roller 15 mounted to a reciprocating motion material, and the reciprocating mortion material 5 is driven by the revolution of the cam plate 14. The cam portion between 0- 300 deg. shows the discharge stroke and a portion between 300- 360 deg. the suction stroke, and these strokes are thereafter repeated. Since the suction stroke is shortened up to one third time as compared to conventional devices during the time when the rotary phase of the cam plate is 300- 360 deg., the stroke is shifted to the discharge stroke only by volume corresponding to one third time of ink discharging volume, and the pressure drop of an accumulator becomes maximum when the drop is approximately one third of conventional device. The ink discharge stroke is long as compared to conventional devices during the time when the rotary phase of the cam plate 14 is 360 - 660 deg., and the quantity of ink discharged and injected by the pressure of a spring increases. The width of the variation of ink supply pressure can small be controlled as compared to conventional devices.
