Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance the dissolution property of an absorbent within an absorbing liquid and to miniaturize the volume of a circulating tank by a mechanism wherein the extruded flow of an absorbing liquid is formed in the inner peripheral surface of a circulating tank of a wet type waste gas exhausting and desulfurizing apparatus and a liquid take-out part is provided at a central stagnant portion. CONSTITUTION:In the inner peripheral portion of a wet type waste gas exhausting and desulfurizing apparatus equipped with a water absorbing tower 20, an absorbing liquid circulating tank 40 and a circulating means of an absorbing liquid, is provided a liquid propelling means to flow an absorbing liquid while the extruded flow is formed and, at the same time, a take-out port 21A of the absorbing liquid is provided at a liquid stagnation portion of the central portion within a circulating tank 40 to extend the stagnant time of the absorbing liquid within the said circulating tank 40. As a propelling means of the circulated absorbing liquid, a horizontal type stirring machine 70 provided along the inner peripheral wall of the circulating tank is preferred. The take-out port 21A of the absorbing liquid within the circulating tank 40 is most preferrably provided at the vicinity of the central bottom portion, but may be provided at other portion of a liquid stagnant portion.
