Abstract
PURPOSE:To remove the consumption of cooling liquid and obtain a good cooling performance by forming a liquid tank in a closed structure and allowing the volume of the liquid tank to be varied in free expansion and allowing cooling liquid to flow into or out freely from the liquid tank.
