Abstract

PURPOSE: To measure easily the falling angle and falling direction of a pin by using an external probe which is vertically movable and provided with several contact electrodes on its hollow wall and an internal probe which is movable relating to the external probe and provided with an electrode on its bottom.
CONSTITUTION: External probe 7 moves downward through control circuit 13 and when contact electrode 6 provided on the bottom of internal probe 5 which can provides relative movement in the vertical direction in the hollow of probe 7 meets pin 2, only probe 7 lowers to make one of contact electrodes 3-a, 3-b..., provided on the circumference of the hollow inside wall of probe 7, come in contact with pin 2.
